Ingredients
• 4 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
• Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Corn
1. Cook the Corn: If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob. If using frozen corn, thaw it in the microwave or on the stovetop. If using canned corn, drain and rinse it.
Step 2: Cook the Cajun Corn
1. Melt Butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
2. Add Corn: Once the butter is melted, add the corn to the skillet and stir to coat.
3. Season: Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
4. Cook: Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through and slightly caramelized.
Step 3: Serve
1. Garnish: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley. Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
2. Enjoy: Serve warm as a side dish or snack!
