- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries (sweetened or unsweetened)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Cream the Butter and Sugars
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 3: Combine Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
Step 4: Add Chocolate and Cranberries
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Step 5: Scoop and Bake
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set but still soft.
Step 6: Cool and Serve
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
