Ingredients

For the Pizza Crust:
• 1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

For the Sausage Gravy:
• 1 pound breakfast sausage (bulk or casings removed)
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

For the Toppings:
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Sausage Gravy
• Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
• Make the Gravy: Once the sausage is cooked, sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes to remove the raw flour taste.
• Add Milk: Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens (about 5-7 minutes). Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Pizza
• Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust instructions (usually around 425°F or 220°C).
• Assemble the Pizza: Roll out or place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread a generous layer of sausage gravy over the crust.
• Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the gravy.

Step 3: Bake the Pizza
• Bake: Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake according to the crust instructions, usually for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

Step 4: Add Eggs
