Strawberry Pineapple Wine Punch Recipe

  • Author: I
  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 2 cups pineapple juice (preferably fresh)
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur (such as Triple Sec or Cointreau, optional)
  • 12 tablespoons sugar (to taste, optional)
  • 12 cups club soda (or lemon-lime soda, for fizz)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
  • Ice (for serving)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fruit

  1. Slice Fruit: Wash and slice the strawberries. If using fresh pineapple, cut it into chunks.

Step 2: Mix the Punch

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the white wine, pineapple juice, sliced strawberries, pineapple chunks, and orange liqueur (if using).
  2. Sweeten: Taste the mixture and add sugar if desired, stirring until dissolved.

Step 3: Chill

  1. Chill: Refrigerate the punch for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. If you prefer to serve it immediately, you can skip this step.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Add Fizz: Just before serving, stir in the club soda or lemon-lime soda for a refreshing fizz.
  2. Serve Over Ice: Fill glasses with ice and pour the punch over. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
