- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped, plus more for garnish)

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded smoked gouda cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.
Step 3: Transfer to Baking Dish
- Transfer the dip mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Step 4: Bake
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Step 5: Serve
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm with low-carb crackers, vegetable sticks, or your favorite dipping options.
