Smoky Gouda Bacon Dip Delight Recipe

  • 8 ounces smoked gouda cheese (shredded)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped, plus more for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded smoked gouda cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.

Step 3: Transfer to Baking Dish

  1. Transfer the dip mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

Step 4: Bake

  1. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

Step 5: Serve

  1. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm with low-carb crackers, vegetable sticks, or your favorite dipping options.
