For the Creamy Sauce:
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1: Prepare the Sauce
- Mix Sauce Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Shrimp
- Season the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp just before removing them from the heat.
Step 3: Warm the Tortillas
- Warm Tortillas: In a separate skillet or on a grill, warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
Step 4: Assemble the Tacos
- Build the Tacos: Place a few shrimp in each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, red onion, and avocado slices.
- Add Sauce: Drizzle the creamy sauce over the top and garnish with fresh cilantro.
