- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped, plus more for garnish)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Olive oil (for drizzling, optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Make sure all ingredients are ready to use. Chop the parsley and mince the garlic.
Step 2: Make the Dip
- In a medium bowl, mash the ripe avocados with a fork until smooth but still slightly chunky.
- Add the crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped parsley to the bowl.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Serve
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with additional parsley for garnish.
- Serve with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or use as a spread on sandwiches or wraps.
