Seriously Addicting Avocado Feta Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped, plus more for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Olive oil (for drizzling, optional)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Make sure all ingredients are ready to use. Chop the parsley and mince the garlic.

Step 2: Make the Dip

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the ripe avocados with a fork until smooth but still slightly chunky.
  2. Add the crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped parsley to the bowl.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Serve

  1. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with additional parsley for garnish.
  2. Serve with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or use as a spread on sandwiches or wraps.
