  • 8 ounces goat cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Sliced baguette or crackers (for serving)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven (Optional)

  1. If you prefer a warm dip, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2: Prepare the Dip Mixture

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or fork to blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the diced cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Step 3: Bake the Dip (Optional)

  1. If baking, transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the dip is warm and slightly bubbly.

Step 4: Serve

  1. If baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  2. Serve warm or at room temperature with sliced baguette or crackers. Enjoy!
