- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (diced)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Sliced baguette or crackers (for serving)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven (Optional)
- If you prefer a warm dip, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Dip Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or fork to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the diced cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Step 3: Bake the Dip (Optional)
- If baking, transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the dip is warm and slightly bubbly.
Step 4: Serve
- If baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with sliced baguette or crackers. Enjoy!
