  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels (plus extra for coating)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (for sprinkling)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 2: Incorporate Pretzels and Caramel

  1. Gently fold in the crushed pretzels and caramel sauce until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Step 3: Form the Balls

  1. Refrigerate the cheesecake mixture for about 15 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  2. Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls between your hands.

Step 4: Coat the Balls

  1. Roll the cheesecake balls in additional crushed pretzels until fully coated.
  2. Place the coated balls on a serving platter and drizzle with extra caramel sauce.

Step 5: Chill and Serve

  1. Refrigerate the balls for another 15 minutes to firm up before serving.
  2. Just before serving, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each ball for that perfect salted caramel flavor.
  3. Serve chilled and enjoy.
