Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Fruit Puree
- In a blender or food processor, combine the diced mangoes, sliced strawberries, sugar, water, lime juice, and lime zest (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.
Step 2: Freeze the Sorbet
- Pour the fruit mixture into a shallow, airtight container.
- Place the container in the freezer and freeze for about 4–6 hours, or until the sorbet is firm.
Step 3: Serve
- Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Scoop into bowls or cups.
- Optionally, garnish with additional fresh strawberries or mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the fruity flavors.
