- 1 package of pepperoni slices (about 6 ounces)
- Optional seasonings:
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for heat)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Step 2: Arrange the Pepperoni
- Arrange the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not overlapping to ensure even cooking.
Step 3: Season (Optional)
- If desired, sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes over the pepperoni slices for added flavor.
Step 4: Bake the Chips
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10–15 minutes, or until the pepperoni slices are crispy and slightly browned. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
Step 5: Cool and Serve
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the chips cool for a few minutes. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
- Serve the pepperoni chips warm or at room temperature. Enjoy them on their own or with your favorite dip.
