Peanut Butter Fat Bombs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (optional for chocolate flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol (or your preferred sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

 


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Mixture

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder (if using), powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Step 2: Mold the Fat Bombs

  1. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins, filling each mold about three-quarters full.

Step 3: Chill

  1. Place the molds in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the fat bombs are firm and set.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Once set, gently pop the fat bombs out of the molds.
