Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder (if using), powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Step 2: Mold the Fat Bombs
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins, filling each mold about three-quarters full.
Step 3: Chill
- Place the molds in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the fat bombs are firm and set.
Step 4: Serve
- Once set, gently pop the fat bombs out of the molds.
