• 1 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)
• Mini chocolate chips (for eyes and buttons)
• Orange candy corn or orange sprinkles (for noses)
• Black decorating gel (optional, for added details)
• Shredded coconut (optional, for snow)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Truffle Mixture
• Mix the crushed chocolate wafer cookies and softened cream cheese in a bowl until a dough forms.
Step 2: Shape the Truffles
• Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
Step 3: Melt the White Chocolate
• In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Step 4: Coat the Truffles
• Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off.
• Place the coated truffles back onto the parchment paper.
Step 5: Decorate the Snowmen
• While the chocolate is still wet, add mini chocolate chips for eyes and buttons, and an orange sprinkle or candy corn for the nose.
• Optionally add mouth or scarf details with black decorating gel.
Step 6: Chill Again
• Refrigerate the truffles for another 10–15 minutes to set the chocolate.
Step 7: Serve
