• 4 large flour tortillas
• 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 4 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
• Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
1. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well combined.
Step 2: Assemble the Roll-Ups
1. Lay Out Tortillas: Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
2. Add Filling: Spoon a generous amount of the chocolate and marshmallow mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
3. Roll Up: Carefully roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to seal the filling inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Step 3: Cook the Roll-Ups
1. Heat Pan: In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add a little melted butter.
2. Cook Roll-Ups: Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the skillet. Brush the tops with more melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
3. Brown on All Sides: Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly.
Step 4: Serve
1. Slice and Dust: Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
