  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or basil, for garnish)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Combine Ingredients

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, dried thyme, garlic powder (or minced garlic), salt, and pepper. If you like a bit of heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Step 2: Blend

  1. Blend (Optional): For a smoother consistency, you can blend the mixture in a food processor or blender until well combined. If you prefer a chunkier texture, simply mix with a fork until combined.

Step 3: Serve

  1. Transfer to Serving Dish: Pour the dipping oil into a small serving bowl.
