  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: Fresh herbs (like parsley or chives, for added flavor)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Prepare the Broccoli

  1. Steam or microwave the chopped broccoli florets until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Drain any excess water and let it cool slightly.
  2. Chop the broccoli finely if necessary.

Step 3: Mix the Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Step 4: Form the Rounds

  1. Using your hands, form the mixture into small rounds or patties, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 5: Bake

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rounds are golden brown and firm to the touch.
