  • 1/2 cup red onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)
  • Buns (optional, for serving)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Ground Beef

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5–7 minutes.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until the beef is fully cooked.

Step 2: Prepare the Bowls

  1. In four serving bowls, layer the shredded lettuce as the base.
  2. Divide the cooked ground beef among the bowls. Top each bowl with cherry tomatoes, pickles, shredded cheese, and sliced red onion.

Step 3: Add Sauce

  1. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over each bowl. Add mayonnaise if desired.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Enjoy the Loaded Burger Bowls immediately, with optional buns on the side for those who want a more traditional burger experience.
