For the Spicy Mayo Dip:
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Meatballs
1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, black pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
2. Form Meatballs: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Step 2: Bake the Meatballs
1. Bake: Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden brown color.
Step 3: Prepare the Spicy Mayo Dip
1. Mix Dip Ingredients: While the meatballs are baking, in a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth. Adjust the spiciness by adding more sriracha if desired.
Step 4: Serve
1. Garnish: Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Garnish with sesame seeds and additional chopped green onions if desired.
2. Enjoy: Serve the meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip on the side. Enjoy your delicious Korean BBQ Meatballs!
