  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Zest of 2 limes
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 23 limes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, lime zest, shredded coconut, or fresh berries

 


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Mixture

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), lime zest, lime juice, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined and smooth.

Step 2: Spread the Mixture

  1. Line a Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet or a shallow dish with parchment paper.
  2. Spread Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 3: Add Toppings

  1. Sprinkle Toppings: Evenly sprinkle your choice of toppings over the yogurt mixture, such as crushed graham crackers, additional lime zest, shredded coconut, or fresh berries.

Step 4: Freeze

  1. Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Step 5: Break and Serve

  1. Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly. Then, break it into pieces.
  2. Enjoy: Serve immediately or store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
