Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Mixture
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), lime zest, lime juice, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined and smooth.
Step 2: Spread the Mixture
- Line a Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet or a shallow dish with parchment paper.
- Spread Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
Step 3: Add Toppings
- Sprinkle Toppings: Evenly sprinkle your choice of toppings over the yogurt mixture, such as crushed graham crackers, additional lime zest, shredded coconut, or fresh berries.
Step 4: Freeze
- Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
Step 5: Break and Serve
- Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly. Then, break it into pieces.
- Enjoy: Serve immediately or store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
