Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Taquitos Recipe

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
  • Low-carb tortillas (such as almond flour or coconut flour tortillas)
  • Optional toppings: Sliced green onions, additional ranch dressing, or avocado

 


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Filling

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

Step 2: Assemble the Taquitos

  1. Place a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of each low-carb tortilla. Roll tightly to form taquitos.
  2. If needed, use a toothpick to secure the ends of the taquitos.

Step 3: Cook the Taquitos

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the taquitos to the skillet, seam side down. Cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly. Serve with optional toppings like sliced green onions, additional ranch dressing, or avocado.
