Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cajun Shrimp
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Caesar Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Assemble the Salad
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, and crispy bacon bits (if using).
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Add the cooked Cajun shrimp on top of the salad.
