Keto Buffalo Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped, optional)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Transfer to Baking Dish

  1. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.

Step 4: Top with Cheese

  1. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.

Step 5: Bake

  1. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 6: Serve

  1. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
