- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
- 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped, optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sugar-free BBQ sauce, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Transfer to Baking Dish
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
Step 4: Top with Cheese
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
Step 5: Bake
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 6: Serve
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
