Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust
1. Mix Crust Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the pistachio crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
2. Press into Pan: Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust.
3. Chill: Place the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the cheesecake filling.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
1. Beat Cream Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
