  • Author: I
  • Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

• 12 Hawaiian rolls (sliders)
• 12 slices of deli ham (your choice, such as honey or black forest)
• 12 slices of Swiss cheese (or your preferred cheese)
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
• 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
• Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2: Prepare the Sliders
• Without separating the individual rolls, slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
• Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Layer the ham slices evenly over the rolls, followed by the Swiss cheese slices. Place the top half of the rolls on top.

Step 3: Make the Pretzel Topping
• In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, poppy seeds, and sesame seeds (if using).
• Pour the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls, ensuring they are well coated.

Step 4: Bake the Sliders
• Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
• After 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.

Step 5: Serve
• Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Cut the sliders along the seams.
• Serve warm and enjoy!
