Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, low-fat or fat-free)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Graham cracker crumbs (optional, for crust)

Step 2: Prepare the Cups

  1. Optional Crust: If you want a crust, place a spoonful of graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of each serving cup or jar.
  2. Fill Cups: Spoon the cheesecake mixture into individual cups or jars, filling them about 3/4 full.
