  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/4 cup berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon nuts (such as almonds or walnuts, chopped)
  • Sweetener to taste (like stevia or erythritol, optional)
  • Cinnamon (for sprinkling, optional)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Base

  1. In a bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and protein powder. Stir well until fully combined and smooth. Add sweetener if desired.

Step 2: Add Nut Butter

  1. Add the almond butter to the yogurt mixture. Swirl it in for a marbled effect or mix completely for a creamy texture.

Step 3: Top the Bowl

  1. Gently place the berries on top of the yogurt mixture.
  2. Sprinkle chia seeds, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts on top for added texture and nutrition.
  3. If desired, sprinkle a dash of cinnamon over the top.
