  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Salad Ingredients

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, bell pepper, feta cheese, and chopped parsley.

Step 2: Make the Dressing

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
