Gingerbread Espresso Martini Recipe

  • 1 cup freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
  • 1 oz gingerbread syrup (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 oz vanilla syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 oz heavy cream or milk (optional, for a creamy texture)
  • Ice
  • Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
  • Gingerbread cookie (for garnish, optional)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Brew the Coffee

  1. Brew strong espresso or coffee and allow it to cool slightly.

Step 2: Mix the Mocktail

  1. In a shaker, add the cooled espresso, gingerbread syrup, vanilla syrup (if using), and cream or milk (if using).
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.

Step 3: Serve

  1. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini-style glass or small glass.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top for garnish. Optionally, add a mini gingerbread cookie on the rim of the glass.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy the warm, spiced gingerbread flavors.
