- 1 cup freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
- 1 oz gingerbread syrup (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 oz vanilla syrup (optional)
- 1/2 oz heavy cream or milk (optional, for a creamy texture)
- Ice
- Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
- Gingerbread cookie (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Brew the Coffee
- Brew strong espresso or coffee and allow it to cool slightly.
Step 2: Mix the Mocktail
- In a shaker, add the cooled espresso, gingerbread syrup, vanilla syrup (if using), and cream or milk (if using).
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
Step 3: Serve
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini-style glass or small glass.
- Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top for garnish. Optionally, add a mini gingerbread cookie on the rim of the glass.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the warm, spiced gingerbread flavors.
