Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
1. Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges, ensuring they are roughly the same size for even cooking.
2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper until well coated.
Step 3: Bake the Wedges
1. Spread the seasoned sweet potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

3. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
