Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Shrimp
• Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. This helps the coating stick better.
Step 2: Make the Coating
• In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
• Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
Step 3: Preheat the Air Fryer
• Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Step 4: Cook the Shrimp
• Place the coated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
• Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and cooked through.
Step 5: Serve
• Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the air fryer and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
• Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the shrimp.
