Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Cook the Bacon: If you haven’t already, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble into pieces.
  2. Prepare Chicken: If using leftover chicken, shred or slice it into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2: Assemble the Wraps

  1. Spread Pesto: Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of basil pesto over each tortilla.
  2. Layer Ingredients: On top of the pesto, layer the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  1. Roll the Wraps: Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla around the fillings, tucking in the sides as you go to secure the ingredients.
