For the Roll-Ups:
- 4 large flour tortillas or flatbreads

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, such as pecans or walnuts)
- Fresh parsley or mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Cream Cheese Mixture
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Assemble the Roll-Ups
- Lay a tortilla or flatbread on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface.
- Spoon a layer of cranberry sauce over the cream cheese, spreading it evenly.
- If using, sprinkle the chopped nuts over the cranberry sauce for added texture and flavor.
- Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Step 3: Chill the Roll-Ups
- Wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Step 4: Slice and Serve
- Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the slices on a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley or mint leaves if desired.
