Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
• 1 lemon, sliced
• 1 pound asparagus or green beans, trimmed
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley or dill (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Salmon and Vegetables
1. Line Baking Sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
2. Arrange Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on one side of the baking sheet.
3. Season Salmon: Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly over the top. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
Step 3: Add the Vegetables
