- 4 English muffins (split in half)
- 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Muffins
- Place the split English muffins on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Spoon pizza sauce onto each muffin half, spreading it evenly.
Step 3: Add Toppings
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Add your favorite toppings on top of the cheese. Feel free to get creative with combinations.
- Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder on top for added flavor, if desired.
Step 4: Bake
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the muffins are golden brown.
Step 5: Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy your English muffin pizzas.
