  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 12 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or water (adjust for desired consistency)
  • Red pepper flakes or sriracha (optional, for heat)

Instructions

Step 1: Combine Ingredients

  1. Mix Base Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), rice vinegar (or lime juice), sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

Step 2: Adjust Consistency

  1. Add Coconut Milk or Water: Gradually whisk in the coconut milk or water until the sauce reaches your desired consistency. You can add more or less to make it thicker or thinner.

Step 3: Add Heat (Optional)

  1. Spice it Up: If you like a bit of heat, stir in red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha to taste.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Enjoy: Use the sauce immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir well before using.
