- 1/4 cup coconut milk or water (adjust for desired consistency)
- Red pepper flakes or sriracha (optional, for heat)
Instructions
Step 1: Combine Ingredients
- Mix Base Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), rice vinegar (or lime juice), sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Step 2: Adjust Consistency
- Add Coconut Milk or Water: Gradually whisk in the coconut milk or water until the sauce reaches your desired consistency. You can add more or less to make it thicker or thinner.
Step 3: Add Heat (Optional)
- Spice it Up: If you like a bit of heat, stir in red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha to taste.
Step 4: Serve
- Enjoy: Use the sauce immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir well before using.
