- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
For the Decorations:

- 12 chocolate-covered pretzels (for antlers)
- 12 red M&M’s or red candies (for noses)
- 12 candy eyes (or mini marshmallows with chocolate chips)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Make the Brownie Batter
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Stir in the granulated sugar, mixing until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Step 3: Bake the Brownies
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before decorating.
Step 4: Decorate the Brownies
- Once cooled, spread the chocolate frosting evenly over the top of the brownies.
- Break the chocolate-covered pretzels in half and place two pieces at the top of each brownie square to resemble antlers.
- Place a red M&M or red candy in the center of each brownie for the nose, and add two candy eyes above the nose.
Step 5: Serve
- Cut the brownies into squares and serve. Enjoy your festive Rudolph Brownies!
