  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for topping, optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Prepare the Dough

  1. Open the can of pizza dough and unroll it onto a lightly floured surface.
  2. Cut the dough into 10–12 equal squares.

Step 3: Assemble the Pizza Bombs

  1. In the center of each dough square, place about 3–4 slices of pepperoni and a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  2. If desired, sprinkle a little Italian seasoning on top.
  3. Fold the corners of the dough square towards the center and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  4. Ensure the filling is completely enclosed.

Step 4: Bake the Pizza Bombs

  1. Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese, if using.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 5: Serve

  1. Let the pizza bombs cool for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
