- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Grated Parmesan cheese (for topping, optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Prepare the Dough
- Open the can of pizza dough and unroll it onto a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the dough into 10–12 equal squares.
Step 3: Assemble the Pizza Bombs
- In the center of each dough square, place about 3–4 slices of pepperoni and a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- If desired, sprinkle a little Italian seasoning on top.
- Fold the corners of the dough square towards the center and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Ensure the filling is completely enclosed.
Step 4: Bake the Pizza Bombs
- Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese, if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 5: Serve
- Let the pizza bombs cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
