Easy Keto Italian Lettuce Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce (or butter lettuce)
  • 8 ounces deli meats (such as salami, ham, or turkey)
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (or spinach)
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing (low-carb, or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Lettuce

  1. Carefully separate the leaves of the romaine lettuce, wash them under cold water, and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Step 2: Assemble the Wraps

  1. On each lettuce leaf, layer the deli meats, provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, black olives, and fresh basil leaves.
  2. Drizzle a small amount of Italian dressing over the top of the ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Wrap and Serve

  1. Fold the sides of the lettuce over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  2. Place the wraps seam-side down on a plate. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
