Dreamy Eggnog Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts, optional)
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for added texture)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pan

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. This will help prevent sticking.

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Step 3: Add Eggnog and Spices

  1. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the eggnog, vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. If using, fold in the chopped nuts and mini marshmallows for added texture.

Step 4: Pour and Set

  1. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  2. Sprinkle a little extra ground nutmeg on top for garnish.
  3. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Step 5: Cut and Serve

  1. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
  2. Cut into small squares or rectangles for serving.
  3. Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy your Dreamy Eggnog Fudge!
