- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts, optional)
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for added texture)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pan
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
- This will help prevent sticking.
Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Step 3: Add Eggnog and Spices
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the eggnog, vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts and mini marshmallows for added texture.
Step 4: Pour and Set
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle a little extra ground nutmeg on top for garnish.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Step 5: Cut and Serve
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
- Cut into small squares or rectangles for serving.
