Instructions

- Blanch the Green Beans: In a large pot of boiling salted water, blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and immediately transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.

- Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
