Ingredients

For Serving:
• 8 small corn or flour tortillas
• 1 cup shredded lettuce
• 1 cup diced tomatoes
• 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
• 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
• Lime wedges (for serving)


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
1. Season the Chicken: In a bowl, season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 6–7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing or shredding.

Step 2: Make the Creamy Chipotle Sauce
1. Blend the Sauce: In a blender or food processor, combine the sour cream (or Greek yogurt), chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, lime juice, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning and spice level to taste.
