- 4 bagels (any variety, sliced in half)
- 6 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Optional: Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Creamy Mixture
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, sliced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Bagels
- Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Generously spread the creamy mixture on each bagel half.
Step 4: Bake the Bagels
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bagels are lightly toasted.
Step 5: Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
