  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Ingredients

 

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl or jar, whisk together the chia seeds, milk, cocoa powder, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  2. Stir Well: Make sure there are no clumps of cocoa powder or chia seeds. Stir again after a few minutes to prevent the chia seeds from settling at the bottom.

 

 

Step 2: Refrigerate

 

  1. Store: Transfer the mixture into individual serving jars or an airtight container.
  2. Chill: Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
