• 4 hoagie rolls or sub rolls
• 8 slices provolone cheese (or your cheese of choice)

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Chicken
1. Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
2. Cook Chicken: Add the sliced chicken to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (if using). Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
