Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

For the Salad:

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 pound chicken breast (grilled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

For the Caesar Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for about 6–7 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Step 2: Make the Caesar Dressing

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Assemble the Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine, ensuring all ingredients are well coated.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Divide the salad among serving plates. Optionally, sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese and croutons on top for garnish.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy your Chicken Caesar Salad.
