Cheesy Carnivore Bread Recipe

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Optional: Fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives, for added flavor)

 


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

Step 2: Prepare the Batter

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and baking powder. Add the melted cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and any optional fresh herbs.

Step 3: Bake the Bread

  1. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 4: Cool and Serve

  1. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  2. Once cooled, slice the bread and enjoy it as a side, for sandwiches, or toasted with butter!
