- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Optional: Fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives, for added flavor)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
Step 2: Prepare the Batter
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and baking powder. Add the melted cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and any optional fresh herbs.
Step 3: Bake the Bread
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 4: Cool and Serve
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, slice the bread and enjoy it as a side, for sandwiches, or toasted with butter!
