- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted, for brushing)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for flavor)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Egg Mixture
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using) until well combined.
- In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the egg mixture until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Assemble the Sliders
- Slice the entire pack of slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected.
- Place the bottom half of the buns in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Layer the scrambled eggs evenly over the buns, followed by the crumbled sausage and shredded cheese. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top if desired.
- Place the top half of the buns over the cheese.
Step 4: Brush with Butter
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the slider buns for added flavor and a golden finish.
Step 5: Bake
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Step 6: Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
