Caramel Apple Fluff Recipe

  • Author: I
  • Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups diced apples (about 4 medium apples; Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts, optional)
  • Additional caramel sauce (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Apples

  1. Dice Apples: Wash and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces. If desired, you can leave the skin on for added texture and nutrition.

Step 2: Mix Ingredients

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, caramel sauce, mini marshmallows, whipped topping, and cinnamon (if using).
  2. Fold Together: Gently fold the ingredients together until everything is well coated with the caramel and whipped topping.

Step 3: Add Nuts

  1. Mix in Nuts: If you’re using chopped nuts, fold them into the mixture for added crunch and flavor.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Chill (Optional): You can serve the fluff immediately or chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  2. Garnish: Before serving, drizzle additional caramel sauce on top for an extra touch of sweetness.
