Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
• Rinse the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry.
• Rinse and dry the fresh basil leaves.
Step 2: Assemble the Skewers
• On small skewers or toothpicks, thread one cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball.
• Repeat until the skewer is filled.
Step 3: Season and Drizzle
• Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
